LM27761: Devices that do not have a light load mode

Hi support team,

I am using LM27761DSG under the following conditions, but it goes into PFM mode.

Vin : 5V
Vout : -5V
Iout : 15 ～ 50mA
Application : Strain Input Module

Are there any devices that do not have a light load mode and have an LDO output?
I do not want to use a switching regulator because I want to suppress noise generation.

    Hello Dice-K,

    thanks for using E2E and for your interest in our products.

    Unfortunately we don't have other switched capacitor voltage inverter with integrated LDO and without light load efficiency mode.

    You could evaluate inverting DC/DC converter (such as TPS63700) with more negative Vout headroom. This would allow to add an LDO with high PSSR (such as TPS7A33) to suppress any voltage ripple.
