I'm BCCing the customer to this thread.

Customer has some problems on its simulation with SPICE model. Could you support this?

This simulation didn't properly works on their environment.

    What are the customer's conditions for the simulation? 

    What is the simulation for? What tests? 

    A simulation can take several days for us to complete, but we are able to simulate.
