Tool/software:
Customer implemented the board offset calibration with 0 current and discharging current, but DDSG and DCHG turned off for a short time (300ms), as showed in the below waveform.
CH2: DDSG, CH3:DCHG (with 50A discharging current calibration)
With 0A current calibration
And they tried to debug online, and found the connection was interrupted when implementing the command "CONFIG_UPDATE，Subcommand 0X090".
Could you please help with this urgent issue?
