TPS92200: Deviation in Low level noise margin

Part Number: TPS92200

Tool/software:

Hi Folks,

I am currently using a synchronous LED driver with the MPN TPS92200D1DDC. When calculating the noise margin between the processor and LED driver at logic low, I obtained a negative value of -0.33V.

Processor VOL(max) is 0.66V.

LED Driver VIL(max) is 0.3V.

The margin (VIL - VOL) is -0.33V.

VIL refers to Voltage Input Low, and VOL refers to Voltage Output Low.

I would appreciate your comments on whether the negative noise margin will affect the design or not.
