TPS650864: Some question need to support

1. In the TPS650861 series, TPS65086100 represents a configurable version, while TPS65086401, TPS6508641, and TPS6508640 are already configured versions?

  Yes, that is correct.
2. If customer choose TPS6508641RSKT, does it not need to be burned? If we choose a configurable version of TPS65086100, how can we burn it? Should TI burn it at the factory or should we burn it ourselves?

If modifications are needed to the rail voltages or power sequences, then the configurable version should be used. This can be programmed in the end-user production line or with support from a 3rd party like Arrow.
