In [6.4 Thermal Information] of the datasheet,
there are two values of RθJA, but under what conditions is 84.4°C/W? (50°C/W is listed as a 4-layer PCB.)

Hi Ichikawa-san,
The 84.4°C/W is for the package, (not just LMR43606-Q1). The second value is what we measured when testing the thermal performance of the EVM.
