we want to choose a device to against MP5016GQH-Z and SGM2531C, which device is the most suitable one?

From a load switch perspective, TPS22950 would be the best fit, however it is not pin-to-pin compatible. Our load switches also do not have over voltage protection so the best device might be an eFuse device. I have looped in our applications manager from eFuses to recommend an appropriate device from our eFuse family.

TPS25947 is good candidate from eFuse if reverse current blocking is needed. If not, position TPS2595 eFuse
