Hi Expert,

My customer is using BQ27441, there is some question, could you help here?

1. G1B could match 4.2V and 4.4V battery?

2. charging progress need learning or not?

Hello,

1. The BAT pin supports up to 6V, so it should work with both 4.2V and 4.4V batteries.

2. Could you rephrase this question? IT gauges require completion of a learning cycle to accurately gauge batteries.

customer question will be simple, do we have any guide for learning? do we need PC or server to run the model or just could do it on device?

Hello Chi,

I have attached the learning cycle and the BQ27441EVM guides. These should be able to get the customer started with the learning cycle.

You would need to run the bqStudio software on a supported PC.
