  • Hey Abhishek,

There are a couple places you can find this information on TI.com Typically, any lead finish is plated except for matte tin which is immersed. Any deviations will be stated in the TI datasheet.

The information for the lead finish can be found on the orderable section of the TI datasheet. For example, the lead information for the TPS71501-EP can be found on page 9. The leads are plated using NiPdAuAg with Ag being the external plating material.

The TI datasheet will state whether any tin is used in the lead.

Alternatively, you can use our material content tool on TI.com.  Once you upload your list and pull the data, you can click on the device name which will link to the base materials used to build our devices and percentages.

Let me know if you have any additional questions!

    Best Regards,

    Nick Altman
