Tool/software:
Hi
What are the differences between TPS82140 & TPS82150 besides current capabilities?
I can't find any difference in datasheets (efficiency, switching frequency and other)
Not missing anything?
My application is:
1. Buck from 5V to 3.3V with 1mA - 0.5A load (Steady load- different operation modes)
2. Buck from 5V to 1.8V with 1mA - 0.2A load (Steady load- different operation modes)
Thanks
Hi Eduard,
TPS82140 & TPS82150 belong to same family.
The main difference in spec is High side FET current limit.
We more suggest next gen device-TPSM82902 for your use, because the performance is better.
Thanks,
Colin
