Tool/software:
We did RS103 of MIL_STD-461F test on one of our products and it generated a Voltage Overrange flag on our device. Which means, the generated voltage was beyond the set 7% tolerance. I used 2 x TPS5430MDDAREP for generating 3.3V and 5V which are the major source of power to all the sensors inside. Is TPS5430MDDAREP not susceptible to such radiations?
The overrange flag is a part of our GUI. We are monitoring the generated voltages and reading it using ADC after a potential divider circuit.
What else can be done?
