Regarding the TPSI3050-Q1, does it can adjust output pluse signal Vgs? so that the Rds(on) of MOSFET can change according to different situation. We want apply it in pre-charge circuit of BDU.

If not, do we have other products that can achieve this function?

    Hello Ethan Liu,

    Thank for reaching out to our team on E2E.

    TPSI3050 does not offer variable Vgs; I simply puts out ~10V or 0V on the drive.

    I am currently unaware of any products with variable gate driver voltage.
