TPS74801: Vref accuracy @ 85℃

Hi Team,

In the datasheet of TPS74801, we see:
1), Vref tolerance, 0.5% at 25C
2), Vout tolerance, 2%, in full temp range, and other conditions, w/o divider resistor.

The customer's use case is: Vin=1.35V, Vout=1.2V, Iout=0.5A, Temp=[25C,85C]

Can you provide dc tolerance of Vref under these condition?

    Hi Hailiang,

    Unfortunately, we do not have device characterization data at 85 degC nor do we have data at the specific operating point you mentioned. At 125 degC as well, the Vref tolerance was within 0.5%. We can extrapolate with certainty what the behavior of Vref tolerance will be at 85 degC
