I'm looking for a DC-DC boost converter for a new application. Could you recommend applicable option(s)? Thank you.
DC-DC boost converter
- Low cost
- VIN range: 1.5V to 3.3V (qty 2 ‘AA’ alkaline)
- VOUT: 3.3V
- Iq(typ): <= 30uA at no load. Our idle load may be on the order of 100uA or less, and we don’t want to use up a significant portion of our battery life budget on this.
- Iout(peak): 200mA (for brief pulses)
- Iout(average): 20mA (max, sustained)
- Low output noise/ripple: This will be used to power analog measurement circuitry.
EAU: 5000/year
As an alternative, we are also considering using a DC-DC to ~3.7V and an LDO, if it is necessary to improve noise performance.
