Hi,

What is the upper oven temperature limit that one can solder BQ27541 on a PCB without losing pre-programmed code?

    I'm sure your peak reflow temperature is higher than this but the absolute max storage temperature in the bq27541-V200 datasheet is 150degreesC.  However, your internal IC temperature will probably not get that high since the ambient temperature won't be so hot for too long.  Basically we've never heard of a customer losing the data in the flash memory due to high temperatures.
