BQ24630: BQ24630EVM stops charging after every 1min34 and starts again

Hello, 

I have trouble with the charging process of my design. I used the BQ24630 chip the schematic looks like this:

My charging curve is not as I expected continously. It stops after every 1min24sec and starts again:

Does anybody have an idea what might cause this issue?
