UCC27301A-Q1: recommendation for half bridge drivers and fets for 200 khz application

Hello -

I am looking for a recommended design or advice on a combination of half bridge driver and fets to drive a half bridge appiication at at least 20 amps at 200 khz .  min  supply voltage of 24 volts. I would perfer a driver device that is not bga.  I need a very simple driver, one that preferably controls shoot through.  prefferabley drive from 3v3 logic, single pin pwm.  motor dirvers would work fine most likely.  just trying to get to a solution quickly to prototype. Ideally there is a recommended eval board that I can buy.

Please advise on recommendations or if you need more info.
