Where is this "Request more information" button. I went to the product page and ctrl+f it but I couldn't find it

I clicked onand I got 404 no page avaliable.

Nothing shows up under "my secure resources" -> https://www.ti.com/securesoftware/docs/securesoftware

Am I looking in the wrong area or does it just take a bit to register?
