BQ76972: 16 string batteries with active balancing and energy transfer method

16 string batteries are used for active balancing and energy transfer. Previously, there was BQ76LP455A, but now this material is too old. We hope to see a new solution and see if there are any good recommendations; Single active balancing scheme, or monitoring and protection with active balancing, supporting currents above 5A; Can BQ76972 achieve true active balancing? I haven't seen any current indicators or descriptions of energy transfer;
