Could you please provide Storage humidity and operating humidity for the below mentioned parts:

UCC27525DR

LMV358IDRG4

LM3480IM3-5.0/NOPB

    Hi Aravind,

    The storage humidity is the MSL rating, which can be found under the "Ordering & quality" section on the device's product page. The MSL rating for the UCC27525DR is Level-1-260C-UNLIM, which is the highest rating and considered as being not moisture sensitive even at 85% relative humidity. Devices with a level 1 rating do not require dry packaging. More information can be found in this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spraby1a/spraby1a.pdf

    The operating humidity is usually not stated as the operating performance of most ICs are not dependent on humidity. If humidity is a factor in performance, then it will be specified in the datasheet (humidity sensor is an example).

    The other two devices are part of different product lines, so I will be handing this thread over to the team owning the LMV358.

    The LMV358 is a MSL-Level 1 and can reference the same app note as above. If you have specific questions about the other devices, please start a new thread specifically for the individual devices with those questions or let us know in this thread.
