Hello, 

V62/18616-01XE has been characterized to 50 krads but assured for every wafer lot up to 20 krads. Could you guaranteed that it will work at 26 krad?

Same happens with the component V62/19623-01XE, it has been characterized to 30 krads and assured for every wafer lot up to 20 krads. Could you guaranteed that it will work at 26 krad?

    Hi Helena,

    Both parts can only be guaranteed to operate within datasheet/VID spec for their assured TID level. This is what we test and qualify the parts to.

    The TID characterization shows how the devices will likely be impacted by TID beyond the assured TID rating in terms of electrical drift so that users can determine whether the risk and drift are acceptable for their design, but it is not guaranteed.
