We have a customer who ordered p/n TPS7A4501Y/EM and believe they have received the wrong parts.

They claim the parts received came in the incorrect "housings"/case type.

Could you please review and confirm if these are correct for the TPS7A4501Y/EM?

Hi Thomas,

There are 3 different /EM orderable options for this part.

TPS7A4501HKU/EM --> CFP (HKU) package

TPS7A4501U/EM --> CFP (U) package

TPS7A4501Y/EM --> Diesale/KGD

The part number they ordered matches what was delivered (KGD). If they were expecting a packaged device, it sounds like they may have mixed up the orderable numbers.
