BQ40Z50: Using SMBus window in BQStudio to place device into ROM mode

Hello,

My customer is struggling with writing SREC files to the bq40z50 in their 2s battery packs. We believe they need to put the pack into ROM mode first. Can you tell me how to use the SMBUS window to put the bq40z50 into ROM mode? They have sent the 0x08 command to get the device out of ROM mode, but can’t get it into ROM mode. They are struggling with how to enter the 0x0F00 command and the 0x0033 command is not working for them either.
