Tool/software:
When discharging the battery for the first does the current have to be fixed?
In regards to 'discharge down to cutoff'...Does this mean discharge at a fixed current down to cutoff OR, discharge to cutoff where an open-circuit voltage measures at cutoff voltage.
These two very different things, and its not clear what the case is.
