Hello,

We are working with the TPS4811 and the charging up the bootstrap capacitor is not quick enough. Are there other options beyond externally supporting this BST cap with an external supply attached on the positive pin of the BST cap? Other similar devices that would be faster?

Keith,

Apart from having an external power supply to charge the CBST capacitor, you would be able to use the TPS4800-Q1. This would have a charging current for the BST capacitor of 345uA versus the 100uA of the TPS4800-Q1.
