BQ25756: Odd behavior from STAT1 & STAT2 LEDs

I get a fault output on STAT1 & STAT2 when the voltage is under 12V, when I programmed it via hardware to have a minimum input of 9V. What does it mean when STAT1 & STAT2 alternate like shown in the video? Datasheet has nothing on this behavior. This whole circuit is programmed via hardware.

Hello Jonah,

I think the DCR of the inductor may be too low here. What's the DCR of your inductor?

I'm going to loop in the experts on the TPS26750 to give you more information.

Good theory. Its less than 1mΩ. I thought this may be an issue, but needed a large inductor to handle my current requirements. I have another board I will try to add a 5mΩ shunt to and see if that helps stability. Thanks!
