Tool/software:
Hi team,
I'd like to know about PCN(0240624000.0).
Is this a device marking change?

Kengo.

Hi! For PCN20240624000.0, the original device marking remains the same. The symbolization maintained the current Year/Month binary codes. The 4 additional binary codes are for internal use only for easier traceability.
You can refer to the illustration below. The blue dashes are what we refer to as additional binary code. This is on the PCN.
Thank you for reply.
I couldn't understand yet.
Are you saying that the device markings will remain the same, still R2C?
If so, please elaborate on what this PCN will change.
If device marking, where is the marking?
BR,
Kengo.
Hi Kengo, the device id on the top mark will not change; it will remain R2C. Kindly review the PCN again. It describes in detail the change.
Hi Kengo, when you start receiving units from the TIPI assembly site, you will see the binary code dashes (black color on the illustration) on top and below the R2C. Moreover, there will be an additional binary code (blue on the PCN illustration).
Hi Kengo,
This is an example but for a different device. You can see the dashes above and below the top mark. Hope this helps.
