Placement of feedback resistor before or after Cout, kindly clarify.

The below image shows placement after Cout. what is the Loop response impact?

Actually it's same node in circuit so no matter it is drawn before or after Cout. Thanks.

yes it is same node. But some datasheet Application circuit recommends before cout placement. So need clarity.
