BQ27220: GPC Deviation Error

When using the GPC I am getting deviation errors, but am unsure what is causing it?

I created 2 data sets, raw and filtered.
The filtered data set has a low pass filter applied as the power in our system oscillated at around 0.5Hz.

The problem is with the data close to end of discharge:

Voltage stays constant even though there's a constant high discharge current for more than 15 minutes, which isn't plausible. Please correct the data and resubmit.

I corrected the data and resubmitted, but still have large deviation errors.

The loaded voltage curve is too flat for a 7% batt low EDV2. I changed this to 4% and made sure that the fit is around the drop-off.
