Hi Eric,

Can you provide more information on the use-case and port capabilities?

• Number of ports
• For each port
  • Power role (source/sink/both)
  • Power Levels
  • Data roles (DFP, UFP, Both)
  • What is expected to be attached to the port
• Dead battery support?

I only support the TPS65987D.

Could you submit a separate thread with the primary device as the LM3489 asking them to review their portion of the schematic? I'll provide feedback for the TPS65987 on this thread.

• source
• 5V 3A, 9V 1.67A, and 15V 1A, 20V 0.75A power levels
• Data role is UFP.
• Expected to have an arm linux processor attached to the port.
• No dead battery support since this is exclusively a source role.

Hi Chris thanks for the feedback. The XV_PB pins were push buttons on the USB PD DUO EVM to change their max output voltage. It's a hardware level control I would like to retain by changing the resistor jumper configurations instead of reprogramming the TPS65987.
