UCC21550: Can DT be floated?

Hi team,

I want to confirm with you, to enable output overlap, can DT pin be floated? 
it’s confusing that the DT description are different in 7.4.2 and 4.

could you pls help to double confirm?

    Hi Rayna,

    Section 4 highlights the different options for implementing the DT pin, whereas section 7.4.2 explains specifically how the dead time can be programmed with the DT pin. Tying the DT pin to VCC or floating the pin disables the dead time feature, thus allowing the outputs to overlap.
