I want to check the MOSFET SOA at the Short circuit protection case.
1. When I don't use C_TMR capacitor(only using resistor for pull-down), the short circuit protection response is fastest in datasheet. So May I expect the time is 4us typically?
2. In the figuire 6-1, Timming waveforms, Does it calculated value V(SNS_SCP) by SNS resistor value and desired I_SC level?
- If i useing 2m_sns, 10A_sc_target, then V_sns_SCP = 0.02V
3. I want to design Latch-off with TMR 100kohm pull-down, and R_ISCP 20kOhm. and I desire 10us T_sc time. I have confuse, when I using pull-down for TMR, how I expect t_sc time?
