Dear TI experts,
My customer tests TPS22967DSGR with their own PCB.
the problem is, temperature goes too high when it is operated.
With no load : 86.7 degree
With 1A load : 93.0 degree
With 2A load : 104.0 degree
With 3A load : 111.9 degree
(the reason wly average and minimum is so different is that they started the measuring from the power is just applied, and captured the screenshot after the temperature is the peak.)
First I want to know that this tempeatures are acceptable or not.
And could you also review the schematic and layout? I attach both for your convenience.
