There appears to be some confusion with your request, and it's missing some information.

1) Are you looking for a voltage regulator with integrated MOSFETs, commonly called a "converter" in the industry, or are you looking for an alternate voltage regulator design such as a Controller (External MOSFETs) or Module (Integrated Inductor) ?

2) Are you looking for a single device recommendation that can support 3 different output voltages (12V, 5V, and 3.3V) or are you looking for a single device that generates all 3 outputs?

3) What is the input voltage?

4) What is the loading current range?

TPS54202 or TPS62932 is recommended here. Both are simple to use and low cost solution. TPS62932 has higher Vin range(Vinmax=30V) and smaller package size.

You can use Webench tool on ti.com to help design.
