Tool/software:
Dear TI Community,
I am Abhishek from Race energy encountering several challenges while working with the BQ34Z100PWR-G1 fuel gauge IC in my BMS board design. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting these issues.
I'm working on a project using a BQ34Z100PWR-G1 fuel gauge IC. I'm having some trouble with the fuel gauge IC. In the visual display, I'm not seeing any values for voltage, SoC (State of Charge), or current. Additionally, I'm unable to perform voltage calibration.
I'm using a [Battery type-14S 11P battery pack] battery with a nominal voltage of [48Volt].
I've tried [Programming golden image and tried to calibrate voltage ] but haven't been able to resolve the issue.
Could this be a known issue with BQ Studio and the BQ34Z100PWR-G1 Are there specific settings I need to configure for voltage calibration to work properly?
I've attached screenshots from BQ Studio that show the missing data.
Thanks in advance for any help!
Best regards,
Jr hardware Engineer,
Abhishek.
