The reason I asked is because you commented that "off is not recommended" in the thread below.
Why is it not recommended? If it is not used, I think it can be done by adding Vref=47 kΩ as shown below.

Yes, you can do it. By connecting VREF to PROG, you are basically setting the PLIM very high which is same as disabled.
PLIM is used to operate the power MOSFET within its SOA limit.
Any reason you are not using the PLIM feature?
