LM5106: LM5106 output waveform is abnormal

our client use LM5106 for motor control, and we find output waveform is abnormal. Especially happen IC case around is 70deg.

I would like to link this application note which discusses some of the recommendations for choosing bootstrap capacitors. Looking at the capacitors in the schematic, the bypass capacitor might not be optimal for the bootstrap capacitor.
