TPS65100: Why VCOM was always pulled down low when connected with screen?

Part Number: TPS65100

Tool/software:

Hi team,

During customer testing, they found that as long as AVDD is kept at 11.35V, no matter VCOM is set to 4.55V or 3.4V, the screen will not be pulled down when connected. However, the end customer's current screen requirement is that AVDD must be 9.6V and VCOM must be 3.4V. So can you help me figure out why and how VCOM unexpected been pulled down? How should we suggest customer do?

Below attached schematic is their former design. After changing parameters from red blocks to external value, the VCOM=3.4V and AVDD=9.6V. Then VCOM was always pulled down low when connected with screen.

Looking forward to your reply!
