A quick question, when TPS62873-Q1 power off, is there any internal path for power down? What is the power off slew rate or resistance?

Hello Frank,

Yes, TPS62873-Q1 has an output discharge function. It is describe in Sec. 9.3.10 of the datasheet. In addition, it has a maximum output discharge resistance of 6ohm (Vvosns <= 0.5V).
