Part Number: LMG5200

Tool/software:

Hi,

I'm interested in TI's GaN FETs.

Could you please share any information on design considerations and related documents when replacing Si-FETs with TI GaN?

Seminar materials are also welcome.

Thanks,

Conor

  • Hello Conor,

Please help share more details about your request so I can provide the best information for you.

Are you interested in benefits of TI GaN devices over Si, or more about how to physically implement the change in a design?

Is there a specific part you are interested in? I see you listed the LMG5200 in your question, I want to check if there is something specific you are looking for. We offer high and low voltage GaN in various packages with many features, are you more interested in a particular group?

Are you focused on a particular end-equipment? There are many specifications that vary and can be tailored to a specific end-equipment.

Please help fill in as many of these details as possible, thanks!

    Zach
