TPS631012: Not giving proper output

We are giving same voltage as of Vin pin

TPS631012YBGR for this the default output is 3.3V

It is make sense now. For TPS631012, device is default disabled as screenshot below.

So you are saying we have to enable the output of this using the I2C. after giving the voltage on EN pin it will be always zero output if bit is not enabled

Yes, that is correct for TPS631012, but for TPS631013, device is default enabled internal.
