TLV733P: Request for min / typical / max startup time under specific parameters

HI,

Can you please provide the minimum / typical / maximum startup time under the following conditions?

- Input voltage will rise to 2.5V at rate of 10mV / us

- Output voltage will be 1.8V

- Expected current draw will be 100mA

- 1uF capacitor on output pin

- Enable pin will be tied to input voltage

The startup time(s) we are looking for is from input voltage = 0V to output voltage = 1.8V with the criteria specified above.

    1. To measure the startup time, what is your tolerance on the output voltage spec (within 95% / 98% of 1.8 V)?

    2. This data is not readily available with us for the specs you mentioned. I will run a model in Cadence and get back to you by this weekend.

    Thank you for looking into this.

    1. Can you run the model with the tightest tolerance on the output voltage (100%)?  If not, I will take whatever is closest to the 1.8V mark.  Our customer did not advise of a tolerance on the output voltage.  The IC they intend to power will run at a lower voltage level, but their request was for this number.

    2. I will wait for the results of the model.  I appreciate this.
