    Hi Tommy,

    Thanks for your patience. Please see some minor comments below: 

    1.APD can be used to turn off the internal hotswap but it is not recommended for 2nd side adapter priority (meanwhile VB voltage could be influenced when hotswap is off and no other input source). It is recommended to use a resistor divider circuit at DEN pin, and when DEN voltage is lower than 3V, the hotswap can be turned off too meanwhile the PSE-PD detection will fail to maintain 2nd adapter priority.   

    2. The APDO is an open drain pin and used as indicator for adapter connection. You can leave APDO pin open if not used.

    3. You can use R149 as 0805 or larger size, and R307 can be 0603.
