Tool/software:

We tried to boost the voltage up to 3.5 V from 1.2 V. But the voltage is not increasing . Please help us with its circuit diagram.

there are only fixed output voltage selection for TPS61322 family device.

See device comparison table in the datasheet.

There is 3.6V output voltage could you accept that. Or you could try TPS61299 or TPS61099 which have more optional output voltage.

We have imported TPS613221ADBVR these already.

I have seen that figure. But we cannot connect battery at input.

What do you mean you can't connect battery at the input? just solder the power in with the Vin pin.
