We are planning to use ucc28750 for multiple output power supply design, so can we use simple resistive voltage divider at FB pin instead of using opto-coupler? We can compromise with isolation. Please share reference also.

Yes a simple resistive divider can be used.
I would prefer something using an arrange shown below with a current feedback which will work with the internal pull up resistor of FB pin.
Currently there are no reference designs with UCC28750 showing this. But the above concept should work.
