Can you please say what will be the Voltage for the capacitor that connected between BSW pin and Sw pin Or please tell us how to calculate or find the voltage for the that capacitor.

The absolute maximum voltage rating of BST-SW is 14V and the capacitor shouldn't be damaged at 14V.
In EVM we are using 50V capacitor with enough margin.
