I acquired the analysis report about electrical characteristics of TLC6C5748-Q1.
The documents mentioned there was no anormaly in it.
However, in Pin vs All pins, there seemed some I/V curves showing different tendency from other curves.
They can be recognized as not open/shorted for sure, but
Based on what background and reasons did your company judged the I/V curve as normal?
