Suggest a Buck regulator to Power on the RF circuitry. Vin is 12v, Vout is 6V current is 8A. This buck regulator will be used to power on Other LDOs

The circuit looks ok to me, just that recommend select the inductor and feedback resistors according to the Recommended component values in the Table 7-2.

Hi Gui He,
I have selected the Inductor and feedback resistor as suggested by the webbench power design portal.
Also let me know the PG pin connection. Is it fine to ground it, As i cannot pull it up to 6V Vout.

Hi Vaishak\

I assume you are not to using the PGOOD function, right? Then the circuit is ok.

If the PG function is to be used, it should be connected to a voltage rail <5.5V, through a pull up resistor, If the PG function is not used, it's ok to connect it to Ground or floating.

I have selected the inductor and capacitor values as per the recommended values mentioned in webbench tool for Vin=12v and Vout= 6v and 8A. Is this fine ?
