Dear Ti,
we are using BQ76942EVM , and tried to connect with Battery management studio. It Shows Auto detected : None and lands me to device selection, where selecting device also does not connect to EVM.
WE applied 14V from adaptor as a battery simulator in J1 connector properly. as per User guide we tried many times but still not detected with On board EV2400. we traced I2C signals, found EV2400 is trying to connect but on board EVM BQ76942 is not responding.
Please help Us to connect BQ76942 with EV2400
