Tool/software:

I need the typical and maximum values of voltage/current for the following pins. Gate_HS1 , Gate_HS2, Gate_LS . I have used PSMN4R0-30YLDX for the GATE_HS1 and GATE_HS2 and need to check the same.

    Hi Deeksha,

    GATE_HS1 and GATE_HS2 are both supplied by op amps. The op amps have their positive rail connected to PVINF. 

    Gate_LS is also supplied by an op amp. This op amp has its positive rail connected to VINP.

    The typical and Maximum values are defined by VINP and PVINF.

    The three gates also have shoot through protection as stated in the "FET Gate Drivers" section.

    As the EMB1499 is a 13 year old component, Support is very limited beyond what is stated in the datasheet.
